Vladimír Schmalz

He studied at the Faculty of International Relations at Prague University of Economics and Business. From 1991 to 2004, he was CEO, then Chairman of the Board and shareholder of SAWBAC. Between 2004 and 2011, he was Director of Mergers and Acquisitions and a member of the Supervisory Board at ČEZ. Between 2005 and 2011 he was a member of the Supervisory Board of Bulgarian Energy Holding EAD. From 2006 to 2009, he held the position of CEO of ZAO TransEnergo. From 2010 to 2012 he was a member of the Supervisory Board of Dalkia Czech Republic and from 2012 to 2013 he was Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Pražská energetika. Since 2012, he has been the CEO of Solotron, since 2013 he has been the Chairman of the Board of Sofolgia and since 2015 he has been the Chairman of EDUA Group. Since 2020, he has been a member of the Supervisory Board of Farma Tušimice.
