Claudia Viohl
Claudia Viohl has been working for E.ON for over twenty years. After her first work experience in consulting, Claudia started her career at E.ON in 2001. In the course of her professional development, she was initially in charge of different responsibilities in Accounting and Controlling within the Group. Later she took on the role of Head of Corporate Office at E.ON SE in Essen, Germany.
In 2012, she moved as an Executive to the group-wide Function Procurement/Supply Chain leading transformation and performance programs. In 2016, she was appointed Senior Vice President Supply Chain (Chief Procurement Officer) to further professionalize the organization with the clear ambition to exploit the full supplier market potential for E.ON and its more than 50 million customers. At the time when E.ON took over innogy she was also responsible for this area. That is why the respected Business Insider has also named her one of the 100 people who will most significantly change the shape of European business in the coming years.
In May 2021, Claudia became the first woman to hold the top position at E.ON in the Czech Republic. In her role as CEO of E.ON in the Czech Republic she also joined the board of the Czech-German Chamber of Commerce and Industry in 2022.
Furthermore, Claudia serves as a member of the Supervisory Boards of E.DIS AG (Germany), E.ON Energie Deutschland GmbH (Germany), EG.D, a.s. (Czech Republic) and ŠkoEnergo, s.r.o. (Czech Republic).
